This event is intended for information and planning purposes only � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. OVERVIEW: Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) 19th Contracting Squadron (19 CONS), Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), & APEX Accelerator are hosting a Hybrid Virtual Industry Day on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CDT at the Jacksonville Community Center and via Microsoft Teams to discuss interest from industry capable of providing Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) services as a prime contractor and the Two-Phase Highest Technically Rated Offeror with Fair and Reasonable Price (HTRO-RFP) evaluation methodology 19 CONS plans to utilize for the MACC IDIQ solicitation. The MACC period of performance is expected to be one 3-year base period, with two 2-year option periods, and a possible six (6) month extension of services period. This Notice will be updated accordingly to provide draft HTRO-RFP evaluation attachments, an Industry Day Agenda, and Microsoft Teams Link on a later date than the date of this notice.
