This serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the Government?s intent to award a sole source contract. NAICS code 531120 ? Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouse). Response deadline is 20 August at 3:00pm CDT. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Williams Scotsman Inc., CAGE code 6H793. This requirement is for temporary module facilities. The expected period of performance is 01 September 2026 through 30 August 2030 with services to Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This action is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) / RFO 6.103-1 for DoW, or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) for civilian agencies, because only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The vendor is the owner of the currently leased and maintained temporary module facilities This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
