Statement of Work (SOW): Maintenance & Motor Retrofit (Final Version) Project: Refurbishment of 104 Integrated Venetian Blinds Location: Office Building � Bern, Switzerland System Type: Warema Type 1.16/25/35.07 (24v motor) inside WICONA WICLINE Aluminum Composite Windows 1. Project Objective The contractor shall provide a turnkey solution for the inspection, repair, and motor retrofit of 104 integrated venetian blinds. The objective is to restore 100% motorized functionality while maintaining the thermal, acoustic, and aesthetic integrity of the WICONA window units. 2. Comprehensive Pricing & Scope The offer submitted by the contractor must be all-inclusive. No additional costs will be entertained after the contract award. The bid price shall include: Labor: All technician, electrician, and logistical personnel hours. Materials: All motors, cables, lift tapes, ladder cords, and hardware components. Equipment: All tools, specialized window opening devices, safety gear, and cleaning supplies. Transportation: All travel costs, vehicle expenses, and shipping/freight for parts. Fees: Disposal fees, administrative costs, and any required permits or insurance. 3. Logistics & Site Management Furniture Management: Contractor shall move office furniture and equipment as required to gain unobstructed access to the windows.
