1. ACTION: This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of the Government�s intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of furniture. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. 2. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: NAVSTA Rota, Spain � Forward Deployed Maintenance Center (FDRMC) detachment Rota require husbanding services for the roundtrip movement of one ship from Naval Station Rota to the Port of Cadiz. 3. PERFORMANCE ADDRESS: Naval Station Rota, Spain 4. DELIVERY DATE: TBD 5. INTENDED ACQUISITION STRATEGY: This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," Clause 12.201-1(c)(2) �Simplified Procedures�, the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limited number of sources (at least three). The Government does not intend to issue a separate, public solicitation for this specific requirement. No formal solicitation document is available at this time. 6.
