Be advised that a virtual meeting will be held on 18 August 2026 at 09:30 hours via Microsoft Teams. A Teams invitation will be provided to the interested vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting. Interested vendors shall indicate their interest by submitting an email not later than Close of Business (COB) August 15, 2026 to sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil and Brendan.a.deluca.civ@army.mil. Please indicate in your email the Request for Quotation number/description of services and the name of the company, the address, the phone number, the fax number, the e-mail address, and name of the person who will be present at the meeting. NOTE - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: All prospective Quoters are highly encouraged to ask questions regarding this RFQ by e-mail to Sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil and to Brendan.a.deluca.civ@army.mil within ten (10) calendar days after the issuance date as identified in Page 1, Block 6 of the RFQ.
