Updated SOW is inclcuded in attached 19GE5026Q0119_0001-Att.1-Schedule and Contract Clauses_revised. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this solicitation for the exterior upgrade of clay tile roofs, fa�ade, windows and basements, replacement of the water and sewer lines and bathroom renovation works on three (3) existing Siedlung Housing Compound Buildings located on Plieninger Str. 2/4 � 6/8 - 10/12, 60320, Frankfurt am Main as per Combined Synopsis and Solicitation attached. The following attachments are attached to this notice: Attachment 1 � Schedule and Contract Clauses Attachment 2 � Price Proposal Breakdown Attachment 3 � Representations and Certifications Attachment 4 � IRS Form W-14 Attachment 5 � Drawings and Photos will be made available separately through FAN.gov. Interested parties must explicitly request access by email to the Contract Specialist at Jacobsenw@state.gov. The explicit access request must contain: �Company�s Name and Physical Address �Name of Requestor �Name(s) and email address(es) of the company�s representative(s) to whom access should be granted No access will be granted to Attachment 5 to requestors submitting access requests as the quotations due date approaches or after the RFQ closes. Quoters are strongly encouraged to request access as early as practicable. Any delay by a quoter to request access to the Attachment 5 shall not constitute a basis for extending any solicitation deadline. All dates and times established in this solicitation remain firm unless changed by formal amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.
