Hoover Building (HCHB) Cafeteria which is located within the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) for market research purposes. The announcement does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP) and is not an indication that the DOC will contract for any of the items and/or services presented in this document and attachments.
