This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Solicitation FA4484-26-R-0015 is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through current Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) changes and applicable deviations. Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after suspense date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary proposals, time or cost incurred. This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Requirements contract for a period of one base year and four option years for all services included in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and outlined in the attached SF 1449. Please ensure that all provided instructions are adhered to in Attachment 2 - 52.212-2 Instructions to Offerors - Section L_5 August 2026. Pricing may be done on your own document or the attached SF1449 Solicitation document. The services will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ throughout the performance period. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition. NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Questions will be due by 13 August 2026 no later than 2PM EDT. Please direct all questions regarding this soliciation to either SSgt Alexander Kouba at alexander.kouba@us.af.mil or Rodney Brown at rodney.brown.24@us.af.mil, once all questions are answered a Q&A Log will be posted to SAM.gov via an amendment. Any questions submitted past the due date may not be properly captured in the posted Q&A Log. Proposals are due no later than 12PM EDT Time on 31 August 2026. All proposals with required documentation shall be submitted electronically via email to SSgt Alexander Kouba at alexander.kouba@us.af.mil and Rodney Brown at rodney.brown.24@us.af.mil. For additional information regarding this solicitation, contact the same. -----Amendment 0001---- The provided amendment is to update language on the Section L and Section M attachments. As well as to update language on the PWS, and PPQ. Also a new and updated Wage Determination have been uploaded. No extension to the solicitation is being made at this time. Please acknowledge this amendment when submitting questions or proposals. -----Amendment 0002---- The provided amendment is to update language on Attachment 8 - Medical Statement. Additionally, the solicitation is being extended to 31 August from the previous close date of 20 August. This is to allow for additional time for answering questions and having them posted to SAM for offerors to review. Please expect the Q&A Log to be provided soon. Please acknowledge this amendment along with any previous amendments when submitting proposals. ----Solicitation Update---- Please see the attached Q&A Log with Government answers to provided questions. Some information that was requested was not able to be provided and if there are any concerns with this, please contact the contracting office. No documents are being updated to reflect any changes. The solicitation is not being extended from the already extended close date of 31 August 2026. UPDATE Further questions had been asked. An updated Q&A Log has been posted to address these questions. No further questions will be fielded unless they address a significant concern. The solicitation is not being extended from the already extended close date of 31 August 2026. UPDATE 27 Aug A change was made to the PWS to reflect the removal of conflicting information regarding Mission Essential Work. The Q&A Log has also been updated to reflect this change.
