Solicitation amend 8/13/2026 to update on site security and toilet facilities. No changes were made the the work scope or requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1174 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1 base year and 4 options years to provide semi-annual preventative maintenance for security gates. The National Centers for Animal Health is currently in need for a semi-annual preventative maintenance program for the security gates throughout the campus. Please see the attached Statement of Work. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
