The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for gardening services for US Consulate Office Building and 3 Barker Road Compound in Hong Kong. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
