Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held. Pest Management Tractor and Sprayer ProGator 2030A (Diesel) and HD300 SelectSpray (For ProGators 2020A and 2030A) Brand Name or Equal all components must be brand new These can be categorized as follows: 1. Engine: Engine Type: Three-cylinder, liquid-cooled diesel engine. Displacement: 77.3 cu in. Horsepower: 23.9 hp (25.4 kW) at 3600 rpm. Fuel System: Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). EFI provides efficient fuel delivery, responsive acceleration, excellent fuel economy, and quick starting even in cold weather. Engine Controller: Located under the cargo box and inside the right rear corner of the frame, the engine controller regulates engine speed based on the electronic throttle pedal input. Fuel Tank: Large 30.7 L (8.1 US gal) EPA- and CARB-compliant fuel tank. 2. Drivetrain: Transmission: Kanzaki five-speed synchro-mesh with five forward gears and one reverse gear.
