Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Effective Date: 01/15/2026 Revision: 03 This amendment is issued to update the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for CAT 926 and CAT 930 Wheel Loaders for the Togus VA Medical Center. Upon further review of the acquisition package, the Government determined that the supporting Sole Source Justification (SSJ) documentation was not included in the initial posting. The SSJ is hereby incorporated into the solicitation for transparency and to ensure the record accurately reflects the market research conducted and the brand name only determination. This amendment does not change the requirement, quantities, evaluation criteria, delivery schedule, or any other terms and conditions of the solicitation. All other information in the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
