Enterprise Workflow support Capability (E.W.S.C) -8 EFO Posting

DLA Information Operations has a requirement to extend current professional services assisting with the Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) and to provide associated technical support by a period of six (6) months. EWSC is an enterprise-wide Information System (I.S.) whose mission is to support DLA customers by providing tailored software solutions to assist in performing individual business processes and/or meet workflow-based business requirements. EWSC is considered an administrative enabler, providing DLA customers real-time data exchanges with the ability to implement business processes, track metrics, and automate work products� efficacy, thereby improving productivity and reducing costs incurred to the Government. The current iteration of EWSC consists of a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure supporting approximately 1,000 end users world-wide and around the clock.
