8th Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to attached the RFI Questions and Answers from the 2nd Site visit that was conducted 20 August 2026 and extend the offer date to the 1 September 2026. 7th Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Revised Statement of Work (SOW) , Updated CLIN Structure and to invite vendors to Site Visit.
