Purpose of Amendment This amendment updates evaluation criteria, removes an obsolete provision, and revises key dates associated with the solicitation. All changes are effective immediately. 2. Changes to Solicitation A. Revision to FAR 52.212�2 � Evaluation Provision The evaluation methodology under FAR 52.212�2 has been changed from �Lowest Price� to �Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).� Offerors must meet all minimum technical requirements to be deemed acceptable, after which award will be made to the lowest�priced technically acceptable quotation. B. Removal of Clause WBR 1452.215�52 Clause WBR 1452.215�52 has been removed in its entirety from the solicitation. This clause is no longer applicable to this procurement. C. Revised Closing Date for Quotations The solicitation closing date is hereby updated as follows: New Closing Date: September 4, 2026 Closing Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Electronic submission requirements remain unchanged. D. Revised Deadline for Questions The deadline for vendor questions has been updated to: New Deadline for Questions: August 31, 2026 3. Acknowledgment of Amendment Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in accordance with solicitation instructions. Failure to do so may render the quote ineligible for award consideration. 4. All Other Terms and Conditions Except as specifically stated herein, all other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect.
