This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. Submitted offers shall contain the name, title, email address, and telephone number of the company point of contact who can legally bind the company contractually. The offer must include specifications for the offered item and the total price for the item (including shipping). Offers must be valid for at least 30 days. All offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of offer submission. The government intends to make a single award to a responsible vendor that provides an offer meeting the required specifications at a reasonable price. Offerors must be registered at SAM.gov at the time of offer submittal and have completed FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, on file.
