Intent of this procurement is tuning Boilers 1, 2, and to ensure boilers operate efficiently and within specification ranges. This will be a new requirement, however, due to the unique specifications to the current software system for the current boiler systems installed at Columbus, OH VAAC. This procurement will be a sole source for Analytical & Combustion Systems (ACS) to perform maintenance services to ensure continuity and reduce disruption to daily patient care under current proprietary software. The associated NAICS code for this is 332410 (Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing). The vendor will be Analytical & Combustion Systems (ACS), 6 Berkshire Blvd Ste 306, Bethel, CT 06801, an authorized distributor operates Chalmers P Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAAC) Boiler System. Intent of this procurement is tuning Boilers 1, 2, and to ensure boilers operate efficiently and within specification ranges. A firm-fixed price contract shall be awarded.
