Project Title: Repair Exterior Finishes Building 1 and OPC, at the Fresno VA Medical Center, Frenso, VA. Project Number: 570-21-108 Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and installation of new access at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes exterior envelope repairs to bldg. 1 and OPC elements, such as non-abrasive cleaning, inspection, restoration of terra cotta, stucco, fenestration, and all other components in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications, RFIs, Drawings, and any and all other contract documents. The period of performance (PoP) is 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
