BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) # HSTS04-15-A-CT4026 IS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (TSA) OFFICE OF SECURITY CAPABILITIES (OSC) AND LAVI INDUSTRIES. UNDER THIS BPA, LAVI INDUSTRIES SHALL PROVIDE RISK BASED SECURITY (RBS) ANCILLARY ITEMS TO INCLUDE ACCESS CONTROL POSTS, BANNER POSTS, AND PANELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 3 OF THE BPA. ALL CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS WILL WILL BE ACTIVATED BY MEANS OF BPA CALLS.
