PLEASE ROUTE THIS PR TO ACQ02 TO THE ATTENTION OF KURT ALLEN. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ZERO DOLLAR PR IS TO INITIATE ACTIONS TO ESTABLISH A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR FIVE (5) YEARS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDECO LOCKING DEVICES. THE VENDOR SHALL HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF MEDECO LOCKING DEVICES DETAILED IN THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW). FUNDING FOR DELIVERY ORDER #1 WILL BE PROVIDED SHORTLY AFTER AWARD OF THE BPA. TSA UTILIZES THE MEDECO LOCKING DEVICES IN SUPPORT OF NEW AND ONGOING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE AGENCY.
