THE NVESD AREA 300 COMPOUND IS A RESTRICTED AREA, THEREFORE IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE SAFETY, SECURITY, AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS ARE MAINTAINED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF FUNCTIONALITY TO ENSURE SUPPORT TO THE SOLDIER.
