THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN A PARKING LOT WATER, SANITARY AND STORM, POWER, COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS AND SUPPORT FACILITIES. THE A-E SHALL PROVIDE ALL THE NECESSARY PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: INVESTIGATIVE AND FEASIBILITY DESIGN SERVICES SCHEMATIC DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DRAWINGS, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, CALCULATIONS, COST ESTIMATES AND NARRATIVES TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, LABOR, TRAVEL, PER DIEM, AND INCIDENTALS EXPERTISE, SUPERVISION, TESTING, ANALYSES AND SPECIALTY SERVICES TO ACCOMPLISH ALL ITEMS AND REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
