FUELEAP (FOSTERING ULTRA-EFFICIENT, LOW-EMITTING AVIATION POWER) POWER SYSTEM DESIGN, ANALYSIS, AND TESTING THE SCOPE OF THIS TASK ORDER IS TO DEVELOP ENGINEERING DATA TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A HEAVY-FUEL, HYBRID-ELECTRIC SOFC POWER SYSTEM (SOFC POWER SYSTEM) FOR AN AIRBORNE FLIGHT DEMONSTRATOR. THIS INCLUDES IDENTIFYING SYSTEM-LEVEL TRADEOFFS, IDENTIFYING PERFORMANCE, COST AND RISK OF DESIGN ALTERNATIVES, SELECTING COMPONENTS, AND QUANTIFYING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE THROUGH INTEGRATED ANALYSIS AND TESTING. THIS TASK ORDER SHALL GENERATE PRELIMINARY DESIGN DATA, TEST PLANS, AND SHALL EXECUTE COMPONENT-LEVEL AND INTEGRATED TESTED FOR SELECTED HIGH-RISK COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THE SOFC STACK AND FUEL REFORM
