THE SCOPE ENCOMPASSES CONCEPT STUDIES, DEVELOPMENT (DEFINITION AND IMPLEMENTATION), INTEGRATION, TEST, VERIFICATION, OPERATIONS, SUSTAINMENT OF MISSION OPERATIONS SYSTEMS, SUBSYSTEMS, AND OPERATIONS PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES. SERVICES INVOLVE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, FACILITY ENGINEERING, LAUNCH AND EARLY ORBIT SUPPORT, FLIGHT OPERATIONS, FLIGHT DYNAMICS SUPPORT, AND SUSTAINING ENGINEERING.
