THE NEW CONTRACT SHOULD BEGIN ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2014. THE CONTRACTOR STAFF WILL BE IN-HOUSE AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE TO ENSURE THE CONTRACTOR CAN COMPLETE THE TASK. THE COTR FOR THIS CONTRACT IS NANCY BONDY, 202 366-5353. THE ALTERNATE COTR IS SEYMOUR STERN, 202 366-5391.
