IT DEFINES THE POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT TO PAYLOAD AND OBSERVATORY INTEGRATION AND TEST, AND TO PRE-LAUNCH, LAUNCH AND COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES AT THE MISSION OPERATIONS CENTER (MOC) AND TO SUPPLY AND MAINTAIN THE INSTRUMENT GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (GSE).
