USAID/COLOMBIA SEEKS TO CONDUCT A PERFORMANCE BASELINE STUDY FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND LICIT OPPORTUNITIES ACTIVITY (CDLO). THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO CONSTRUCT THE BASELINE DATA AND INFORMATION THAT WILL BE THE BASIS TO CONSISTENTLY MEASURE AND EVALUATE CDLO INTERVENTION'S PERFORMANCE AND WILL ALSO BE USEFUL TO DEFINE STRATEGIES UNDER CDLO. THE ACTIVITY WILL ALSO ALLOW ASSESSING THE INITIAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF THE TARGETED CONFLICT-AFFECTED COMMUNITIES IN THE REGIONS WHERE CDLO'S WILL INTERVENE.
