THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE SERVICES WILL BETTER ENABLE COMMUNICATION WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT (LEP) INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES.
